Depth of Field
Depth of Field is how much of the image is in focus and sharpness within a photo.
In every picture there is a certain area of your image in front of and behind the subject that will appear in focus.
You can have a narrow depth of field where only a small part of the image is in focus or you can have a larger depth of field where everything is in focus.
A camera can only focus focus its lens at a single point that still appears sharp.
